SHIPPING POLICY

Love and many hours are put into the making of my pieces. All orders will be wrapped with the same amount of care that goes into the creating process.

If gifting, leave a note in the check-out with the message you wish for me to include on a gift tag.

Estimated wait times before a shipment is made varies - check each individual listing for a time frame. If you are time sensitive, feel free to contact me with a special request.

Parcels will be sent through United States Postal Service using the standard first class mail with an expected delivery time of 1-5 business days within the US and 1-4 weeks outside of the US.

Each parcel comes with its own tracking number which will be sent through e-mail.

Depending on the valued price of each individual piece, the more valuable parcels will ship with a signature confirmation and/or insurance.

If you wish to upgrade to one or both of those on a small fee never-the-less, send me a message and I will!

RETURN POLICY

Refunds and exchanges are currently not accepted once an order has been processed.

If an order has been placed for a finished piece, but you wish to cancel - please contact me within 24 hours from the time it was placed.

PAYMENT METHOD

Accepting of all types of online payments and services.

A fair trade of art with another artist is also a welcome form of payment.

CUSTOM INQUIRIES

I do wholeheartedly love taking one's vision of a piece and bringing it to life with my own two hands. If you have a spark of interest in commissioning your very own, send your ideas my way!

A one-of-a-kind, custom can take a longer period of time to complete from the starting point of forming ideas with another, apart from my regular wait period on made-to-order and the wait time on receiving a readily made one.
